TUI passengers who were onboard a plane which caught fire after landing at Manchester Airport say they still haven't received their luggage - several days later.
The flight from Menorca, which was being operated by a partner airline on behalf of the travel company, caught fire shortly after landing at Terminal Two on Saturday (30 July).
Holidaymakers told of the alarming moment they noticed smoke coming from the aircraft's engine, shortly before being evacuated from the plane. Nobody was injured and the fire was quickly extinguished.

Passengers on the flight claim they waited over three hours in baggage reclaim on Saturday evening, only to be told that their bags wouldn't be arriving and they'd be sent to them.
But five days after the chaos, some holidaymakers still haven't received their bags and claim they haven't been able to get hold of TUI.
Dawn Roberts was onboard the plane with her children at the time of the blaze, and says her kids have been left 'frightened' to fly again following the incident. She also claims she still hasn't received any of their luggage.
The 42-year-old from Crewe told the M.E.N: "The main thing for me is that I have not got my luggage back and they don't seem to care. I've had to buy new clothes and toiletries for me and my kids as most of it was in our bags.
"The luggage still hasn't arrived and I have had nothing in the way of compensation for all the things I've had to buy since we've been back. They have told me it could take up to seven days but I don't understand why it's taking so long."
Dawn was sitting at the front of the aircraft with her husband and two children, aged nine and 13, when they realised something was wrong with the plane.
"I went over to disembark and the phone on the plane was ringing. I could tell something was wrong because the cabin crew were really whispering," she said.
"They said there was a problem with the engine and they told us not to worry about all the fire engines but it was hard not to as all the firefighters were scrambling to get onboard.
"I looked out of the window and I could see smoke everywhere. My kids were terrified and now don't want to get on a plane again."
When approached for comment, a TUI spokesperson said passengers had been sent a form to fill out and 'should receive their luggage within seven working days.'
Fire crews were scrambled to the arrival stand after the plane suffered a 'technical fault' and were pictured dousing the plane with water - with smoke seen bellowing out of the right engine.
A TUI spokesperson confirmed the aircraft was met by the fire service following a 'technical fault' on arrival. They added that no injuries had been reported.
In a previous statement, a spokesperson said: "We can confirm flight TOM2609 from Mahon to Manchester, which was operated by an airline partner, experienced a technical fault on arrival to the stand and was met by the fire service. We are in contact with the airline to get information about the incident and to confirm when the aircraft can return to service.
"The safety of our passengers and crews on partner airlines always remains our highest priority. The aircraft was completely safe to land, and all passengers have been disembarked.
"We understand how unsettling it can be when an aircraft is met by emergency services so we will continue to offer our full support. We’d like to apologise to all customers for the inconvenience and thank them for their patience and understanding at this time."
