Last year police pulled over an Audi Q3 near a tony ski resort in Norway. The driver turned out to be Andresen. Her blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit. Her lawyers argued that she was a student with limited funds, including a $1,100 monthly stipend. The court, which normally issues fines based on income, considered her stake in her family’s investment firm and handed her a $32,000 fine and 13-month driver’s license suspension.
