The White Lotus' Leo Woodall was speechless after reading script for THAT nude scene

The White Lotus star Leo Woodall has shared his reaction to seeing his script for the HBO special for the first time – admitting he was stunned.

Leo, 26, plays Jack in the series but admits the programme took a drastic turn that not even he or viewers could have predicted.

During the latest episode of the programme, Jack was seen having sex with the wealthy Quentin, played by Tom Hollander – who is also several years his senior.

However, viewers had been led to believe that Quentin is actually Jack's uncle, leaving people questioning the series which has just a couple of episodes left.

Speaking about the scene, he told The Sunday Times: "When I found out I was doing it, I couldn't speak for ten seconds.

"Then I thought, 'That's such a brilliant moment,' they are weird to do but then you're like, 'Let's just embrace it,' we had intimacy co-ordinators and I felt very comfortable."

Reflecting on his intimate co-star, the Shepherds Bush, London-born star added: "Bit of a national tresh! The first scene we had together was my first scene on the set and I wasn't loving it, I was a bit overwhelmed.

"He came up to me afterwards, like, 'You did really great, well done, it's a lot to deal with, everyone's nervous,' I thought what a lovely dude he was."

Leo hails from a family of famous actors but admits that he didn't take the profession seriously until he was 19 after watching Skins and Peaky Blinders.

Meanwhile, Tom, 55, recently opened up about the rather raunchy sex scene, telling E! News: "Tanya witnessing it, it's delicious and it makes you realise that [creator Mike White] really has got a plan and the writer really is going somewhere. He hasn't lost his way with this story. It's very, very confident."

He went on to suggest that scene is somewhat similar to the first series of The White Lotus which sees Murray Bartlett's character, Armond, and Lukas Gage's character, Dillon, being caught while engaging in the uncompromising situation.

Elsewhere, creator and writer Mike White has recently shared his views on including gay sex scenes in the HBO drama, explaining: "There's a pleasure to me as a guy who is gay-ish to make gay sex transgressive again.

"It's dirty… men are having sex and you have this 'Psycho' music underneath, it just amuses me."

He went on to add: "I just think transgressive sex is sexier, I guess I'm old school.

"There's this Gothic vibe of walking through a haunted hotel or haunted house and people are having sex behind closed doors."

Although he refused to comment on whether Jack and Quentin are related and insisted viewers will have to tune in to find out.
