Luke Wilson in The Royal Tenenbaums. Mordecai the falcon was actually played by three falcons and a hawk. There's an internet rumor that Mordecai's feathers changed because the production crew lost one falcon, had to replace it with another, then wrote new dialogue to account for the fact that Mordecai looked different. But the director says this is incorrect. The falcon's changed appearance was always in the script, he says, and although they did lose a falcon during shooting, they got it back.
