Tom Parker was filmed enjoying a beer backstage at a recent concert, as he continues to tour with The Wanted.
The singer, 33, announced that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer in 2020 and recently travelled abroad to receive revolutionary treatment.
He underwent the treatment at a specialist clinic in Spain, though the visit meant he had to miss some performances on the band's latest tour, which marked their reunion.
Having since returned to the UK, Tom has joined his bandmates on the tour in recent days - with him having made his debut at their concert in Bournemouth last week.
And in a recent video shared by bandmate Max George, 33, the father-of-two could be seen sipping on beer whilst resting backstage of another gig, as reported by the Sun.
Tom was seen sat on a sofa, with a blanket over his legs, as Max teased: "Drinking on the job. Not even gone on yet." The pair appeared to laugh together in the clip shared with fans.
The footage is understood to have been taken amid the band's gig in Manchester earlier this week, with Max having shared updates throughout the evening on social media.

Another clip appeared to show Tom in a wheelchair backstage, following the news that he now needs to use one because treatment has left him too weak to stand.
Tom has joined the band on the tour over the last week, with him having been brought on stage as part of the show sitting on a throne. This first occurred in Bournemouth.
He has since featured as part of the show in cities including Manchester, Nottingham and Cardiff. The tour is set to continue in London, Hull and Liverpool this week.
Tom has been a member of the Wanted since it was formed in 2009, alongside his bandmates Max, Siva Kaneswaran, 33, Jay McGuiness, 31, and Nathan Sykes, 28.
The singer - who has two kids with wife Kelsey Hardwick, 32 - is understood to have initially been told he had a grade four glioblastoma, with a life expectancy of up to 18 months.
His condition is said to have improved following chemotherapy and radiotherapy though, with it hoped that his recent treatment abroad will further improve his condition.
