The Voice UK's Anne-Marie shows off tattoo inspired by her friend Sir Tom Jones

Pretty much everybody loves Welsh icon Sir Tom Jones and it's no different for his The Voice co-star Anne-Marie. In fact, she loves him so much she has a tattoo inspired by him.

The pair have struck up a close friendship since working on The Voice together and they have also teamed up for Celebrity Gogglebox together. During the episode of The Voice on Saturday, September 17, Anne-Marie, Tom and their fellow judges Will.i.am and Olly Murs were discussing tattoos.

Tom said he had no tattoos or piercings as he "doesn't like anything permanent" and Anne-Marie revealed she had 28 tattoos and one was inspired by Tom. She explained she tattoos things that her friends have taught her and she has "we'll be okay" tattooed on the back of her left hand inspired by Tom.

After Anne-Marie read out the three words, Tom responded: "And we will, won't we!" Will.i.am joked that as Anne Marie does karate she could punch someone with a hand bearing those words. Anne-Marie is not the only star to have a Tom Jones inspired tattoo as Welsh Love Islander winner Liam Reardon has a Tom Jones tattoo on his leg.

In previous The Voice episodes Tom Jones had Anne-Marie and his fellow co-stars in tears and very emotional after he performed a song he had written about his late wife. The Welsh legend has also shared a touching tribute to the Queen after she died.

He said: "Queen Elizabeth II was a constant presence and inspiration throughout my life. She was a reassuring force in difficult times, her dedication was faultless and her commitment to duty unrivalled. I am honoured and blessed to have witnessed her reign. My deepest sympathies to the Royal Family, and gratefully I say, long live the King."
