A sneaky insider has revealed the ‘yuge salaries of The Voice Australia coaches for 2024.
Channel Seven coughed up the big bucks to secure some high-profile celeb judges for this year’s season. Alongside the return of Guy Sebastian, newbies Adam Lambert, LeAnn Rimes and Kate Miller-Heidke have jumped on the iconic twirling chairs.
Yahoo! Lifestyle reports that Lambert and Rimes are taking home “between $750,000 and $1.2 million” for this season.
It sounds like a bunch, but it’s apparently less than what coaches Rita Ora and Jason Derulo made last year.
Considering Daily Mail reported that Ora was offered up to $1 million to return to the show in 2021, it’s not too far-fetched to assume she was given pay rises for the following seasons.

Miller-Heidke is apparently earning “upwards of $500,000” and this was a strategic move from the network.
“Talent fees are the biggest expense on a show like this and bringing in stars who are widely known, but not necessarily relevant right now is a good way to cut costs,” an insider said.
Woman’s Day claims Sebastian was offered $750,000 per season when he joined the show in 2019. This has supposedly been bumped up to a cool $1 million, but there were some pay disputes over the years.
In 2022, a source spilled that Sebastian found out he and fellow coach Jessica Mauboy were earning less than Keith Urban and Ora.

“All four coaches are currently on very different pay terms and all of them, particularly Guy, think it’s unfair and unsustainable,” the insider claimed.
“After being on the series for some time, he knows it survives on the dynamic and chemistry of the coaches. He’s quietly confident their demands will be met.”
Seems like he’s pretty happy now that he’s raking in a millie for a pretty sweet gig. How do I sign up??
