A north Dublin street has been transported back in time today for filming of a hit BBC show starring Jamie Dornan.
St George's Avenue in Drumcondra has been alive with activity since the early hours of this morning with crew filming scenes for the second series of The Tourist, reports Dublin Live.
The first series of the show starred Dornan as a man who wakes up in the Australian Outback with no memory of who he is.

However, the action is switching to a fictional Irish town in the new episodes, which are being filmed around Ireland between April and July this year. Dozens of crew members could be seen on the northside street this morning, which has been closed to traffic for the duration of the day.
The street has instead been lined with cars from the period. Holywood man Dornan was nowhere to be seen and it is not known if he will feature in today's scenes, which are likely to be flashbacks as producers say the new series takes place in contemporary times.
The first series of The Tourist was broadcast last year and was well received by critics. Digital Spy described of the show as "twistier than Jamie Dornan's own curly locks", adding: "The Tourist jumps between genres too, scattered like The Man's erratic thoughts, and in doing so, the show proves itself to be so much more than just another BBC primetime thriller."
This is not the first time St George's Avenue has been used as a period setting for a major production. This time last year, shooting took place for scenes from In The Land of Saints and Sinners.
The Netflix thriller, which is expected to be released later this year, stars Liam Neeson as a newly retired assassin who finds himself drawn into a lethal game of cat and mouse with a trio of vengeful terrorists. The film also features a host of major Irish stars, including Ciaran Hinds, Colm Meaney and Oscar nominee Kerry Condon.
