Miami guards Haley and Hanna Cavinder were essential to the Hurricanes' unprecedented success in 2023. Haley averaged 12.2 points per game and was named second team All-ACC, while Hanna contributed off the bench to a team that reached the program's first Elite Eight.
However, the Cavinder twins gained fame as much for their actions off the court as for their play on it. Their videos on TikTok won them a nationwide following, and their glut of NIL deals set a standard in college sports—but Miami was also put on probation for a year in February after the sisters met with Miami mega-booster John Ruiz before committing to the school.
It seemed fitting, then, that the Cavinder twins ended their college careers with one final shot at the NCAA.
"Us calling the NCAA to see if we're allowed to graduate," the twins captioned a TikTok Wednesday, miming a phone call while wearing their graduation regalia.

Given the viewcount of their final sendoff—north of 1.4 million—it seems safe to say that a fruitful post-basketball career awaits them.
