Tottenham fans will be desperate to see their side go the distance in this season's FA Cup as they hunt down their first trophy in 14 years.
That League Cup victory against Chelsea in 2008 remains their last tournament success and it will be Brighton standing in their way this weekend when they meet at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday (8pm).
Antonio Conte's men survived a scare against Morecambe in the third round of the FA Cup to set up the meeting with Graham Potter on Saturday night.
The two teams are yet to meet this season with Covid-19 cancelling their scheduled clash in December, so it will be fascinating to see how both managers set their sides up.
In the Premier League, both are battling towards the right end of the table, with Spurs currently occupying seventh and Brighton in ninth. Just two points separate them.
Brighton have had to contend with a number of fitness issues heading into the clash, hampering their preparations for the cup tie, but the Seagulls were given a boost in the build-up.
Lewis Dunk, Shane Duffy, Jeremy Sarmiento, Adam Lallana, Enock Mwepu and Alexis Mac Allister have all been struggling with various fitness issues of late.
But ahead of kick-off, Potter confirmed that Dunk, Duffy and Lallana would all be back for the clash. But also hinted that there could have been some positive Covid results of late.
"All of those, yes," he replied.
"Apart from Enock. He still needs a bit more time. He and Jeremy Sarmiento are working well together. But it is a bit too soon for him. Jeremy is a bit further away. There are some issues with Covid but apart from that we are okay."
Yves Bissouma has also been absent of late, taking part in the Africa Cup of Nations with Mali throughout January, but has now returned to Brighton.
And Potter confirmed that the 25-year-old trained before adding Alexis Mac Allister would miss the game with a positive Covid test.
"Yves trained today but Alexis still has a positive Covid test," he said.
