With costs of living so high, people are more worried than ever about how they will afford this Christmas. December is traditionally an expensive month with presents, travel and food and drink, but skyrocketing energy prices and supermarket costs have meant millions of households are struggling more than ever to make ends meet.
But if you're on the hunt for cheap deals, you could be in luck as many supermarkets massively slash the price of some of their veg on Christmas week. If you've yet to do your shop ahead of the big day, you could be in line for some major savings if you act quickly with festive favourites like sprouts, potatoes and carrots going for as little as 15p in some supermarkets.

Aldi is selling veg for 15p or 19p each from now until Saturday 24 December.
