The Square has paid tribute to a beloved former colleague after his sudden passing.
Paul McAuley died last Friday aged 45. He worked for many years within the shopping centre as an electrician for Electro Automation.
The Square extended their sympathies to Paul's family through a Facebook post. Staff described the electrician as a "much loved" employee and dear friend.
They wrote on Facebook: "It is with deep sadness and shock that we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague Paul McAuley. Paul worked in the centre for many years in his capacity as electrician for Electro Automation and was a very much loved and integral member of the team."

People expressed their sadness at Paul's passing underneath the post. Some people exchanged fond memories of Paul during his employment at The Square.
One person wrote: "He was always a pleasure to deal with in my time in the Square. Thinking of his family as this sad time . May he rest in peace."
Another added: "Pleasure to have known you through EuroCarParks Tallaght."
