In what has been described by local estate agents' as a 'seller's market', many buyers are being forced to compete against one another to secure their homes - causing house prices to continue to soar.

Here we have listed nine of the most popular homes currently on the market in Greater Manchester. Each of these homes are completely different but they are all attracting thousands of views from house hunters searching for properties on Zoopla.
Prestolee Road, Radcliffe

This property in Bury is one of the most sought-after homes in the area. Listed for sale on January 18, the three-bed farmhouse has had 2,400 views in the last 30 days.
