It’s all kicking off on Married At First Sight (MAFS), with people quitting the show, rumoured couple swaps and heated spats on the ouch couch. But are any of the MAFS cast still friends now that their dirty laundry has aired on national TV?
According to a sneaky source, there’s some fractured relationships within the group and one bride “refuses” to speak to the rest.
“People have random friendships, and while some people hate each other, there’s no divide as such. None of the brides expect their friends to stop talking to certain people just because they have a problem with them,” the insider spilled to PEDESTRIAN.TV.
“Awhina and Sierah hate each other, but both of them are still friends with Jacqui. Rhi and Jacqui hate each other, but they’re both still friends with Awhina,” they explained.
“Carina has her own friends outside the show, she’s already an influencer so she doesn’t really care about anyone on the show. She’s just kind of got her own influencer life going.”
However, our source reckons that Jamie Marinos is a certified sweetheart, which has me breathing a sigh of relief. Apparently Jamie is on the best terms with most of the cast members, and she’s “friendly”.
While Lauren still keeps in touch with Jacqui and Clint, she “refuses” to speak to anybody else.
“The only person that doesn’t really talk to anyone is Lauren, because she thinks most people are losers,” the insider claimed. Ouch!
As for the guys on the show, well, it appears that the MAFS experiment has brought them closer.
“The boys all hang out because they all kind of got villain edits,” they spilled. However, Tim Gromie isn’t included in this group, which is probably a good thing!
It’ll be interesting to see if we get to watch this Lauren rift unfold on screen, or if it’s just a cheeky thing that happens after the show. Guess we’ll find out!
