The rule Lewis Capaldi fans must follow to get pre-sale access for special Manchester show

Lewis Capaldi is returning to Manchester this summer for a 'special' outdoor headline show at Wythenshawe Park, in celebration of his latest single 'pointless'. On the back of his already sold-out UK tour, fans can buy tickets for the new show as long as they do one specific thing before sale starts.

Capaldi will headline the the outdoor gig on Friday, August 25, a chance for some fans who missed out on his current UK arena tour to see him play live. Ticket sales start this week as pre-sale kicks off on Ticketmaster from 9am tomorrow (Thurday, January 19). But in order to register for the pre-sale fans have to do one major thing by 4pm today (Wednesday, January 18).

Artist presale is a way for fans to buy tickets before everyone else, and before the general ticket sales start this Friday, January 20. To do so, Capaldi fans must pre-order the 'Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Desent' album on the official Capaldi Store, in order to get priority access.

Prices for the album starts at £8.99 on cassette and range all the way up to £59.99 for a signed vinyl and a horizon white hoodie (which dons the same backdrop to Capaldi's album cover). Once bought fans will be sent an exclusive pre-sale access code, which can then be used to access the sale queue on Ticketmaster as soon as it starts.

For fans who have already pre-ordered the album (to get early access to his current tour) then you will automatically be sent a code on the contact information you provided at checkout.

Tickets for Capladi's current UK wide tour, which celebrates his 2022 single 'Forget Me' as well as gives a hint at hs new 'Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent', tickets nearly sold out during the pre-sale, at it's expected to be no different this time around.

The singer himself took to Twitter to urge fans to sign up for the early access ticket sale, as more than 90% of tickets will be allocated for pre-sale over the general sale.

Fans are being told to expect a world class performance when he takes to the stage at Wythenshawe Park this August, after he finishes his current '31 stop' European tour.
