"The Rock" Dwayne Johnson's 2.30 am workout looks like this

The Rock's midnight workout video has taken the internet by storm. It is hard to imagine someone working out so hard at 2.30 am!

"230am Saturday night training. Not my usual workout time, but it was just one of those long, long days where all kinds of unexpected shit gets throw at ya," he captions a video of him doing some heavy upper body workouts.

"Body didn’t want to go train in the middle of the night - but that one tiny voice in my gut said you may not want to, but after a day like today, you sure as fuck need to. Honestly, I wound up having one of the best workouts. Completely rejuvenated and able to clear my head and energy. My adrenals were already at a 10, so in a way this was all very calming for me. We gotta listen to that voice in our gut that says yes when the rest of our body is saying no. Have a productive week," he writes.

Towards the end of the caption he has shared few golden tips of workout for his fans: "• great burning superset here you should try

20 reps close grip row

20 reps seated side laterals

* stretch and elongate those lat fibers"

"Workouts are great to find your calm. Love it," Lindsey Caroline Vonn, American Alpine skier and Olympic champion, has commented.

The 50 year old has a very active social media presence. He shares several videos on his Instagram account including his workouts and the fun dad moments he shares with his daughters. He always advises his followers to lead a healthy life.
