Liverpool's Champions League celebrations were boozy affairs.
From Jurgen Klopp pouring out beer on to the head of Rhian Brewster to Virgil van Dijk sinking a cold one at the post-match press conference, the Reds' contingent made sure they celebrated a sixth European Cup in style .
In fact, Liverpool's desire to party was so strong, Klopp was caught on camera boldly asking: "where is the drinks!?" as he prepared to mark his first Champions League triumph as a manager.
The fun reportedly continued long into the Madrid night as the Reds squad partied at The Eurostars Madrid Tower in the Spanish capital before returning to Merseyside.
And after a 97-point Premier League season ended with the lifting of the biggest prize in club football on Saturday night, who could blame Liverpool 's players for savouring the moment?
Almost to a man, the Reds squad made sure they toasted their achievement as more than 750,000 supporters lined the city streets to cheer on their heroes' homecoming on Sunday afternoon.
However, one player who was refusing to indulge too much was midfielder Gini Wijnaldum .
The Dutch international had his fun atop the bus on Sunday, dropping his phone while attempting to record the sea of red in front of him, much to his own amusement.
Wijnaldum though, was unwilling to let his hair down completely ahead of the Nations League semi-final with England on Thursday night.
While his international colleague Van Dijk was keen to savour a beer or two during the party, Wijnaldum was firmly focused on the clash against Gareth Southgate's Three Lions in Portugal.
AD quote Wijnaldum as saying: "Alcohol is for the holidays, not now. The Nations League is just a great prize to win."

Wijnaldum will set off on his post-season holidays when the Nations League concludes on Sunday evening.
That well-deserved break will afford him plenty of time to celebrate.
