The Range staff 'devastated beyond words' as mum dies in shop

Staff at The Range have said they are 'devastated beyond words' following the death of their colleague and friend who died in front of them.

At around midday on Friday, November 11, a North West Air Ambulance, Merseyside Police and North West Ambulance Service were called to the store on The Croft Retail Park in Bromborough. Staff at the retail park stopped shoppers from entering the car park using barriers.

Members of staff at The Range were also at the entrance stopping customers from coming inside and the doors were closed. A spokesperson for Merseyside Police confirmed they were called to the store as a woman needed medical assistance after falling ill.
