Britain's biggest family have said they are now looking for a plot for a new house despite documenting the work carried out to do up their present home which has run into thousands of pounds.
The Radford family currently live in a former care home in Morecambe, with the house used as the regularly backdrop for the family's Channel 5 show 22 Kids and Counting.
But in a Q&A video shared with their followers on YouTube, The Radfords have reveaked they are on the hunt for a plot for a new pad home, reported LancsLive.
Sue and Noel Radford, parents of 22, told how they wanted a change from their current 10-bed house where they have shown the redecoration over the past year on their television documentary.
Work done on the home includes new washing machines, a £6,500 fridge freezer, a garden makeover and a renovation to the top-floor.
After 30 minutes of going through 13 questions asked by fans on their latest Q&A, Sue and Noel said they would finally answer their "most asked" question - which wasn't "How tall is Noel?".
Sue said: "I'm going to let Noel answer this because this is like your baby isn't it.
"It's something we have wanted to do for so long, but I've always kind of been like I don't know if I could do that, anyway."
The "most asked" question, Noel revealed, is "are you moving and would you ever build your own house?"
He continued: "Well, we are trying our best to find a plot so we can build our own house.
"We have found four so far, three of them are sold and the other one, we find out on Monday (February 7) if that one is sold. So, fingers crossed.
"Obviously we want to find somewhere that already has planning permission, but it's got to be - we're only going to ever build one house aren't we - so it's got to be right."
Noel told viewers the family want somewhere with enough land for the family, specifically an acre of land, to build a big enough house for all of them as well as space for the children to play and to keep animals.
Noel added: "So we've found a few places but straight away, they are just gone."
Sue said: "They just seem to get sold like that don't they."
The couple then appealed to viewers to let them know if they know of a plot "within half an hour and 40 minutes" of the Morecambe area which might suit them.
"Its just so hard to find land that's available and in the right location of where you want it," Sue said, "and these plots that we've found were in perfect locations.
"We want it to be super private, out in the middle of nowhere, and they've gone.
"We're absolutely gutted aren't we."
Noel said they had found a "brilliant" plot with permission to build three, four-bedroom houses on it and the architect had said they should be able to change that into just one house.
Plans to build their own house are because they want their 22 children to have their "own space".
Sue said: "We've grown out of this house, haven't we?"
Noel explained that they didn't think they could build anything with 14 bedrooms, instead it would be a minimum of 10 - but, hopefully 12.
The bedrooms they intend to build will be a lot 'bigger' as well as play and games rooms.
The couple said they are aiming to buy a plot this year.
Noel said: "That's the aim for this year, to get the ball rolling for sure."
Sue added: "Get a plot of land bought and get building on it. It's very exciting, we're going to get a big board that we can put our wishlists on."
Noel said an architect had told them to start getting a wishlist of what they want in the house together so they would begin putting a folder together.
"Obviously you guys will be coming along with us," Sue told viewers, "so hopefully, fingers very tightly crossed, that we can actually find a plot of land that we really like in the right location and that we can buy."
Sue and Noel are parents to Chris, 32, Sophie, 27, Chloe, 26, Jack, 24, Daniel, 22, Luke, 21, Millie, 20, Katie, 19, James, 18, Ellie, 16, Aimee, 15, Josh, 14, Max, 12, Tillie, 11, Oscar, 10, Casper, nine, Hallie, six, Phoebe, five, Archie, four, Bonnie, three, and Heidie, one.
Most of their children still live at home, and costs like the weekly shop can cost £400 a week at the supermarket.
They have previously been targeted by trolls over their 'extravagant spending' leading Sue to defend the family by saying they are "definitely not secret millionaires."
