The Queen's Royal family tree with 24 immediate family members

Queen Elizabeth II, monarch in the United Kingdom and 14 other Commonwealth realms is the longest-serving sovereign in British history. Her family of 24 is made up of four children, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh was her husband who passed away on 9 April 2021 at the age of 99. The prince married Princess Elizabeth in November 1947; five years later, she became Queen in 1952 at the age of 25.

As the nation prepares for a long weekend of celebration to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, we list the Queen's family members in chronological order. Her family consisting of 24 members will no doubt make appearances at royal events scheduled in the coming weeks.
