Manchester United have reportedly named their price for Marcus Rashford who they could look to sell during the January transfer window.
Rashford has enjoyed a mini-resurgence under new boss Ruben Amorim. He has three Premier League goals in four matches under the Portuguese boss.
However, that is not enough to nail down a might not be enough to save his future at Old Trafford. The last two games against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest saw him come off the bench.
After scoring 30 goals in his first season under Erik ten Hag, his form came into question last season as he struggled for goals.
He also made the headlines for the wrong reasons last season with disciplinary issues drawing criticism from his former boss Ten Hag.
Reports this week suggested that United would be ‘open to selling’ Rashford and now have named his price.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Manchester United have named their price and would consider offers of £40m for Marcus Rashford in the January transfer window.
It’s said that his valuation would have been as much as £100m after his 30-goal season in 2022-23.
United though are believed to accept that it is unlikely that they will have any bidders for the England international in January.
Should they not receive any serious offers in January, United would be open to a sale next summer.
Why Manchester United Could Sell Rashford
While his form has improved, the academy graduate is not immune from being moved on. However, they would still like to get a decent sum for Marcus Rashford given his price of £40m.
His mammoth wages may also be a key reason in getting the striker off their books. Freeing up Rashford’s reported £325,00-a-week wage would benefit United’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) situation.
Alternative options would be selling Kobbie Mainoo or Alejandro Garnacho. However, that is something the club wants to avoid as they are viewed as the future of Manchester United.
As reported by the Mail, the club are struggling to comply with PSR rules. This is after posting losses of £300m over the last three years.
They then spent £200m in the summer and did not expect to have to pay out an additional £21.4m to replace Ten Hag.
Rashford has been with the club since the age of 7. However, the next two transfer windows could see the end of his time at Old Trafford.
