The NFL Conference Championship matchups are set. This coming Sunday, the Eagles will host the Commanders while the Bills visit the Chiefs with trips to the Super Bowl on the line. And while the AFC teams appear to be the powerhouses entering the weekend, it is the Eagles who are the current favorites to win it all.
Eagles Are Listed As Favorites To Win The Super Bowl
Philadelphia Eagles | +180 |
Kansas City Chiefs | +240 |
Buffalo Bills | +260 |
Washington Commanders | +750 |
According to the odds put out by DraftKings, Philadelphia is the overall Super Bowl favorite. They will enter Conference Championship week with a +180 designation to take home the Lombardi Trophy, their first time atop the board at any point this season. They’ll have to get past division rival Washington in order to make their second Super Bowl appearance in three years, and are listed as 5.5 point favorites to get the job done.
Second on the odds list are the Chiefs. Patrick Mahomes and company come in at +260, just a tick above the Bills, thanks to being slight favorites in the AFC Championship game. Buffalo has already defeated Kansas City once this season, but have struggled historically against the Chiefs in the postseason. Josh Allen’s team has a Super Bowl designation of +260.

The team with the longest odds are the Commanders. Washington has already pulled off two upsets so far this postseason, taking down the Buccaneers and Rams. They’ll be underdogs again for the NFC Championship game, and are longshots when it comes to Super Bowl odds. They are listed at +750, giving them excellent value if you believe that Jayden Daniels can continue a miracle run.
Despite their long and storied history, this will be just the second postseason meeting ever between the Eagles and Commanders. They played twice during the regular season, splitting the series at one win apiece.
The Bills and Chiefs have given us some of the most memorable playoff games in recent history, and will add yet another chapter on Sunday. The two sides met last year in the divisional round, with Kansas City pulling off the 2.5-point upset on their way to back-to-back Super Bowl victories.
