The Outlaws season two makes its highly anticipated return to BBC One on Sunday, June 5. This is welcome news for fans of the hit Bristol-based crime comedy drama, which is reportedly set for a third series according to creator Stephen Merchant.
The series follows seven strangers brought together to undertake a Community Payback sentence for committing minor crimes. The second series of The Outlaws picks up from where season one ended.
The gang of misfits are part-way through their community service while the police are still carrying out their investigation into the shooting of Spider. The first series, co-created, co-directed and starring Stephen Merchant, was hit by delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Filming the second season has been relatively straightforward, with an extensive shoot that took place at The Bottle Yard Studios and on location across Bristol.

The second season of The Outlaws will be broadcast on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from Sunday, June, 5. The entire series will be available to watch on BBC iPlayer after episode one airs.
Fans outside the UK can catch up on their favourite quirky characters from the hit show on Amazon Prime Video. All six episodes of season two of The Outlaws will air in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand on Friday, August, 5.
