Over the years The Only Way Is Essex's cast has seen its fair share of changes.
And the ever-changing cast have also dabbled in various cosmetic surgeries and tweakments from fillers to nose jobs and much more.
Past and present stars from the reality show have gone under the knife to nip and tuck various things – with some celebrities even opting to reverse the treatments they've had done.
As the reality show is braced for a comeback with a brand new series airing on ITBVe this weekend, here we take a look at the cast's biggest transformations...
Demi Sims
Chloe Sims' younger sister Demi had her fillers dissolved after looking at old photos left her feeling "embarrassed" by her pout.
Demi, 25, debuted her new look in December 2021 and revealed she was "happy" with the results.
As she posted a clip of herself showing off her new pout Demi, who is starring in a new reality show after leaving TOWIE, wrote in the caption: "Good morning, so I’ve had all of my lip filler dissolved, I haven’t had my lips done for a year and half because I was waiting for them to dissolve naturally but it was taking ages!
"So I decided to get them dissolved and now these are my natural lips. I’m so happy."
Speaking about the decision in the following months, Demi revealed she was left cringing as she looked at old photos of herself.
She told The Sun: "I look back at my pictures now and I just think what was I doing.
"I just think more natural looking is the way forward."
Chloe Brockett
The 21-year-old has always been incredibly candid about the enhancements she has had over the years.
As well as two boob jobs, Chloe has also had a number of tweakments to her face. In February this year, the star shared a throwback photo of herself before with just fillers in her lips and detailed the further work she's had done.
She wrote on top of the image, which she posted on her Instagram story: "This is before I had any face filler!
"I had just had my lips done here. I have had filler in my nose to even out a bump, cheek filler (I haven’t had that in a while) and filler in my chin.
"I have never had my jaw done! I actually hated it when I was younger because I thought it made me look masculine!"
Amy Childs
The 31-year-old first rose to fame as an original TOWIE cast mate. TOWIE fans were introduced to Amy Childs as a beauty therapist offering Vajazzles to her realty star clients in her Brentwood salon.
Amy had a surgery at a young age, which she admitted slowly turned into an addiction.
She had her first breast augmentation at age 18 and later have them enlarged further at 23 but she was left with a series of issues.
Amy later had a third boob job to correct the issues caused by her previous surgery.
Speaking of the effects of her second surgery, Amy said: "I got so many problems with my second boob job, I got constant back pain, I literally was in hospital for a week with a ruptured implant.
"Four weeks layer I then had one of my implants flip over, basically the implant flipped over in my boob."
Amy has also had filler, and previously told Fabulous: "I did get addicted to lip filler, constant lip filler, literally going to anyone, which is awful to say.
"But because I was so addicted, before I knew it, I looked like an absolute freak."
Most recently, Amy had liposuction on her chin in April but has since vowed to not have more surgery.
Opening up to OK! magazine, Amy said: "When I saw the doctor, she said you could be the skinniest person ever and you'd still have this double chin."
She added: "It was very painful. But in terms of filler, changing my face and that, I'm very happy in myself. I can't even remember the last time I had Botox done!"
Now, she has found the key to confidence, which she said is "accepting herself, no more Botox and Pilates three times a week".
Charlie King
Charlie joined the show as he dated Gemma Collins but has since bravely come out as gay after his dramatic exit from the show in 2013.
Since leaving the show, the personal trainer underwent a botched nose job in 2020 after he broke his nose at age 18, which left him feeling increasingly self conscious about it.
Sharing his regret in a tweet earlier this year, Charlie tweeted: "If I had known what -#rhinoplasty was going to do to my confidence/ aesthetic & overall mental health I would have never of done it. A revision surgery done and still having issues with a uneven nostrils and collapsed cartilage, it just feels like a never ending nightmare."
Dani Imbert
Liam Gatsby's ex-girlfriend Dani shared a photo showing the results of her nose job earlier this year.
When asked by a follower during an Instagram question an answer session, Dani posted a before and after image showing her reshaped nose, which was achieved with fillers.
As she posted the photo on her Instagram story, she wrote on top: "Never had any surgery no. Only ever had a tiny bit of filler in my cheeks by @lipsandlinesaesthetics & in my nose by @dr.motox."
Yazmin Oukhellou
TOWIE star Yaz, 28, went under the knife in secret in 2020 as she had a controversial Brazilian bum lift.
She combined the £3,000 operation with high-definition liposuction in Turkey.
Speaking about the op, Yaz admitted it was a dangerous thing to do as she told new! Magazine: "I'll be honest, it was traumatic – I'm still sore to touch. I hadn't really seen how dangerous the procedure was until after I had it done."
The estimated death rate may be as high as one in 3,000 for the surgery - something Yazmin said she was unaware of when she signed up.
Yazmin, who recently broke her silence after Jake McLean's death, said that while she had seen YouTube videos of what would happen when she went under the knife, she hadn't known too much about the potential complications.
"I didn't realise," she told the publication, admitting it was "really painful".
She added: "I don't want people to get it done because they think I look amazing. People need to look into the risks, because I didn't."
James Argent
TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent lost 14 stone in weight after having a gastric sleeve surgery last year after his binge eating spiralled out of control in lockdown.
After being told by doctors that if he was to catch coronavirus he would struggle to pull through, Arg paid £10,000 to have the operation – in which 70% of his stomach was removed to restrict how much he can eat – at private Burcot Hall Hospital, near Birmingham.
Speaking to the Mirror about the procedure, Arg explained: "I enjoy food so to commit to a lifetime operation was a big thing for me."
Arg also underwent a nose job in 2017 – sharing the before and after results in a photo on Instagram.
He wrote in the caption of the snap: "I’ve recently had rhinoplasty with the incredible @drfrati to reduce the size of my nose & nostrils.
"The swellings going down & I couldn’t be happier with the results. This is something that I’ve considered for a long time, especially after losing a lot of weight where my features stood out more. "@drfrati made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. His knowledge, experience & professionalism has enabled me to have the nose I wanted. Its subtle, hasn't changed my face & very natural.
"It's definitely another step in improving my overall confidence, self-esteem & I couldn’t be happier! X".
