She added: "It was magical. The cast were exceptional and lots of adults cried at the end." It comes after Alex announced the start date for her new show Reunion Hotel.
The presenter, from Ammanford, will be fronting the new programme, which is based on the series Gwesty Aduniad originally developed and produced for S4C. Alex announced she was taking part in the new series back in 2021.
The show will see the host reunite people with special individuals from their past that they have since lost touch with, from those giving thanks to life-saving heroes, rekindled romances, heart-warming homecomings and even an ex-pupil reconnecting with the professor who changed his life.
Speaking at the premiere of the new series on Monday, March 20, Alex said: "Being back at Iscoyd Park to watch the first episode of Reunion Hotel was very special. This show is an emotional journey as we bring people together that are connected through an incredible story. Watching it with a room full of people, hearing them laugh and even get emotional, is what the show is all about." You can read more about Reunion Hotel here.
