Sources reveal that Celtic resumed negotiations on Wednesday, amid a flurry of activity involving other attacking players currently on Norwich's books, who have also attracted bids.
This ongoing situation has led to a complex but dynamic transfer window for the Scottish Premiership giants, who have signed goalkeepers Kasper Schmeichel and Viljami Sinisalo, plus midfielder Paulo Bernardo so far this summer.

While discussions progress over Idah, who spent the second half of the 2023/24 campaign at Celtic Park, it appears the striker may have been less than pleased with the public scrutiny he faced from his Norwich City manager Johannes Hoff Thorup regarding his recent AWOL incident from the pre-season training camp in Austria.
Idah was subsequently left out for a friendly against Hoffenheim as a consequence of his actions.
