Tottenham are set to bring in their first new face of the transfer window in the shape of Guglielmo Vicario and already attention is being turned to who arrives next.
Spurs made Dejan Kulusevski's loan move from Juventus permanent last week and now they are expected to tie up a £16.3m deal for Empoli goalkeeper Vicario with the belief that the 26-year-old will become the long-term successor to Hugo Lloris, who has asked to leave the club this summer after 11 years between the sticks there.
Pedro Porro's £40m move from Sporting will be made permanent soon but Tottenham are looking to get new faces in through the door ahead of Ange Postecoglou's pre-season beginning on July 1 for some, with reported interest in plenty of players, including Leicester's James Maddison and Harvey Barnes as well as Bayer Leverkusen defender Edmond Tapsoba.
