The final new film for the list is a new cinema release. Violent Night, with a 15 age rating, follows Santa saving the day when a wealthy family gets attacked by a group of mercenaries. Watch as Santa must not only save the day but also Christmas Day.
While there are plenty of new options this winter, many will prefer to stick to their old favourites in the run up to Christmas. Elf will always be a favourite Christmas films. Buddy’s journey to finding his biological father and bringing festive spirit to New York has been captivating audiences for nearly 20 years. Starring Will Ferrell, Elf has to be one of the top films to stream this winter.
Nativity is also a classic must watch each Christmas. While it may be aimed at children, this film is definitely a family favourite with laughter and funny moments throughout. Starring Martin Freeman, Marc Wootton and Jason Watkins, this is just the first of four films to be made in the Nativity family.

Our final film suggestion for the list has to be the Home Alone films. Kevin is left home alone while the rest of the family go on holiday having forgotten him, Kevin then has to fend for himself and prevent two burglars from taking things from his house. The original 1990 film is a family film directed by Chris Columbus with tons of slapstick comedy throughout.
