The 'mouth-watering' new vendors coming to Trinity Leeds this summer

A brand new line up of food vendors are coming to Trinity Kitchen in Leeds ahead of summer.

The five new arrivals are available to try at Trinity Kitchen for the next eight weeks, setting up shop within a converted VW Camper Van, a Citroen H van, a horse trailer, shipping container, and a J7 van. Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: "Trinity Kitchen is the perfect pitstop for a summer refuel, with our latest set of street food vendors here for the next eight weeks.

"There are some up-and-coming newbies as well as some old favourites in the mix, offering a wide range of delicious dishes for guests to try. We’re sure that there will be something to suit everyone’s tastes this summer."

Just in time for summer, Trinity Kitchen has announced a sizzling new line-up of street food vendors, including Sri Non Thai, Wagyu Lookin’ At, Dog Town UK, Bombay Grab and Shouk. The new street food vendors are trading alongside permanent eateries including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe and Doner Shack.

Sir Non Thai

At Sri Non Thai, guests can try a range of authentic Thai cuisine (Sir Non Thai)

At Sri Non Thai, guests can try a range of authentic Thai cuisine, including Thai curries with a selection of traditional starters and sides such as crispy chicken with sweet chili sauce and Singapore noodles.

Wayu Lookin' At

A juicy burger served at Wagu Lookin' At (Wagu Lookin' At)

Back by popular demand, Wagyu Lookin’ At is serving up mouth-watering wagyu burgers accompanied by sides of epic ‘dirty fries’. Take your pick of toppings from 12-hour Applewood-smoked pork or 16-hour hickory-smoked brisket. Gluten free options are also available, along with the signature ‘Buddy Baker’ burger for vegetarians and vegans.

Dog Town UK

Loaded foot-long hot dogs served at Dog Town UK (Dog Town UK)

Brought to you by the team behind popular independent food offering Slap and Pickle, the new Dog Town UK will be joining Trinity Kitchen’s line-up, with foot-long hotdogs accompanied by loaded fries.

Shouk

Shouk is coming to Trinity Leeds (Shouk)

Shouk is back, offering delicious and fresh Middle Eastern dishes such as their popular sabich, made with fluffy steamed pita bread, crispy fried aubergine, egg, potato, tahini, amba and salad. A wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes will also be on offer.

Bombay Grab

A loaded 'fluffy' naan served at Bombay Grab (Leeds Trinity)

Bombay Grab takes British classics and adds an exciting Indian-inspired twist, with previous dishes including their chicken ‘naanwich’ and Kashmiri fried chicken burger.
