The most viewed properties in Co Fermanagh this month

The property market shows no signs of slowing down across many parts of Northern Ireland at the moment, and the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is no exception.

According to the latest figures from the NI House Price Index, the average price of a home in the area is £152,202. That's an 8.7% increase on this time last year.

With demand for properties in the area continuing to rise we've had a look at some of the most viewed homes on listing site PropertyPal during the last month. These properties have been viewed thousands of times in August and range from an empty site to the finished article.

This five bedroom family home is on the market for £450,000 and there appears to be plenty of interest in it so far. There is plenty of space on the one acre site and an impressive driveway up to the house.

"This 5 bedroom, 4 reception room property on mature grounds on a c. 1 Acre site, with substantial double garage, nestles quietly in a rural setting yet is located less than 6 miles from Enniskillen."

Tully Mill, Maguiresbridge

This one is just a site for now but some of the plans do look spectacular.

This place would have riverside access and has planning permission for a contemporary detached split-level home of more than four thousand square feet.

A description for the site says: "Possible option for further redevelopment of out sheds for business use or Airbnb, subject to planning.

"This unique site was once a working Mill known as Tully Mill and employed up to 30 people in its hay day, the cogs of the water wheel are located down beside the Mill Race where it runs into the river."

It's not hard to see why this property is one of the most viewed in Co Fermanagh this month. The four bedroom house comes with 10 acres of land and some spectacular scenic views.

On the market for £550,000, it won't come cheap but has been described by estate agents A&S Property Sales as 'deceptively spacious'.

"A deceptively spacious detached 4 bedroom residence with 10 acres of land, including a large outbuilding and double garage, is situated in a scenic area with open views of Lower Lough Erne and open countryside.
