James Bowen THOMAS CMG, of Richmond Upon Thames, died peacefully on 14th September 2022, aged 80. Born and raised in Carmarthen, he went on to live in Oxford, Washington D.C. and London, but he never forgot his roots, missed an international and always checked the Llanelli/Scarlets score. Beloved husband of the late Gaynor, devoted father to Jonathan and Rachel and proud grandfather to Ellie and Charlotte. His warm smile, wit and candour will be greatly missed.
