Sadly on the 26th December, Kenneth Baralos, originally from Splott, Cardiff, passed away at the UHW, after a short illness. He was widely known through his employment at East Moors Steelworks, and latterly at Memory Lane Cakes. He will be so sadly missed by his partner Janet, his son Julian, and step son Paul. His funeral service will take place on Thursday 26th January at 10:30am, at the Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill, before cremation. Edna Winifred Webb
Peacefully at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, on Dec. 25th 2022, aged 93, following a short illness, dearly loved wife and best friend of the late Gordon Henry Webb (late of the G.P.O.). Sadly missed by her sons Keith and Steffan, daughter in law Jane, grandsons Gareth and David, his wife Danielle, granddaughter Elisabeth, her husband William, and great granddaughters Millie and Florence; mam i Steffan mamgu annwyl i Siân a'i gwr Sylvain, Rhys a'i wraig Laura, Carys a'i gwr Russell, a Gwyndaf a'i wraig Vicky. Hen-famgu i Annest, Erwan, Erin, Lula ac Ellis; and by many nieces and nephews. Edna will be reunited with her parents, the late Daniel and Lillian Williams, and her siblings the late Lewis, Lillian, Arthur, and Phyllis. The family wishes to thank the staff at Morel Court and at Ty Enfys who cared for mum during the last few years. Resting at James Summers Funeral Home until the service on Monday 6th February at Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 4.15 p.m. Family flowers only, donations to Dementia UK.
