The most expensive house for sale in every county in Ireland right now - from castles to seaside manors

For most, upwards of five bedrooms, a swimming pool, sauna and tennis court are not essential items they need nor can afford when they are looking for their first home.

However, for the elite few these facilities are norms and that they expect them to be included when they are looking to buy perspective homes.

Last week, the Irish Mirror took a look at some of the more affordable, ready to walk into homes in each county. But we have now turned this on its head to bring you the most expensive and extravagant homes Ireland has to offer.

From castles to seaside manors here a look at your counties most lavish properties for sale right now.

Carlow
