Moving home can be expensive business, but few properties in Leeds cost as much as some of the stunning places on this list.
We've crunched the numbers on every single house sold in Leeds over four weeks in February to find where the priciest properties in the city are.
One home sold for a cool £1 million - but even that pales in comparison to the eye-watering price of the most expensive house sold in the UK in February.
Unsurprisingly, that came in London - where a flat in Kensington and Chelsea set a rather rich proprietor back £9,813,370.
We haven't just looked at dream homes though - and it seems as though some people were able to pick up a right bargain.
A terraced house in Holbeck cost somebody just £40,000, but perhaps even more impressively a flat in the city centre cost just £44,000.

1 Belvedere View, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS17 8BR, which is a detached house, sold for £575,000 on February 15.
2 Manor Close, Bramhope, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 9HQ, which is a detached house, sold for £570,000 on February 22.
