The Masters tee times: Schedule and selected groups at Augusta National

Rory McIlroy has been grouped with last year's runner-up Rickie Fowler and Australian Cameron Smith for the opening two days of the Masters at Augusta National, as he chases a first green jacket.

Tiger Woods' bid for a fifth Augusta win sees him grouped with Spanish sensation Jon Rahm and China's Haotong Li, while Ryder Cup teammates Sergio Garcia and Henrik Stenson play together with American Tony Finau.

Defending champion Patrick Reed joins countryman Webb Simpson and amateur Viktor Hovland, with Tommy Fleetwood's campaign beginning alongside American duo Xander Schauffele and Gary Woodland.

World number one Justin Rose joins former champion Phil Mickelson and former PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas in the penultimate group, before Englishman Paul Casey is last out, alongside Jordan Spieth and back-to-back US Open champion Brooks Koepka.

McIlroy arrives at Augusta chasing a first major win since 2014, and one which would complete a career Grand Slam of all four of golf's biggest tournaments.

"I've had four years of going to Augusta knowing it's the one, whether it's the Grand Slam or the one major I haven't won," McIlroy told the BBC.

"I think I've handled it OK. I haven't won and I didn't play at my best in the final round last year, but I've had four top-10s in a row since going there [chasing the Grand Slam].

"I don't want to make predictions but I'd like to think that if I'm going to go back to Augusta over the next 10 or 15 years, at least a quarter or a third of those times I'm going to give myself a pretty good chance to win."
