Heather Morris lived up to a lot of predictions by winning The Masked Dancer as Scissors but, there was just one problem, plenty of viewers at home didn't actually have a clue who she was.
The big money was on Scissors to win pretty much from the get-go, after her first performance of the new series of the ITV show blew everyone away. To win series two, Scissors had to see off competition from Pearly King, who was revealed to be Bruno Tonioli, after a number of tell-tale clues in recent weeks and Onomatopoeia, who turned out to be stage star and Coyote Ugly actor Adam Garcia.
In the end it was Scissors who took victory, after some more mightily impressive performances in the final to impress the studio audience and a judging panel which included newcomers Dawn French and John Bishop. There were so not so subtle hints that it was Heather hiding in the Scissors costume, including the L symbol, which relates to Glee's logo; a fox popping up, a clear nod to the fact that Glee aired on the Fox network in America and the references to Britney Spears throughout Scissors' VTs, linking to Heather's character's name - Brittany S.Pierce.

While Glee fans delighted in seeing Heather on a UK TV show, others flocked to Twitter after the big reveal to claim they didn't know who she was. As credits rolled on the final, one posted: "So I’ve just watched to whole series and never heard of Adam Garcia or Heather Morris! that is hours of my life I’m never getting back!
Having the same issue, another reacted: "Who the bloody hell is Heather Morris," with a third tweeting: "Sorry, I don’t know who Heather Morris is."
Those who did recognise Heather were thrilled, with one posting: " #TheMaskedDancer champion is Heather Morris i love herrrr how iconic."
