The major advantage Tottenham have over Arsenal and Manchester United in Champions League race

Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are currently locked in an extremely exciting battle to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League.

The Gunners currently have the edge on their Premier League rivals, sitting on one point more than United and three above Spurs, who have played three and two more league matches, respectively.

However, Mikel Arteta's men still have to play four of the so-called top six in their remaining 13 outings, meaning they have one of the harder run-ins in the English top-flight as they look to get back into Europe's elite competition for the first time in five years.

In fact, the north London outfit have the fourth hardest fixtures in the division, according to the algorithm made by Twitter user oh_that_crab .

Arsenal still need to welcome the Red Devils to the Emirates Stadium, as well as Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool, whilst also facing difficult trips to Chelsea and Spurs, clinching just four points from those corresponding fixtures last term.

Meanwhile, United also have a tough run-in, reportedly the fifth hardest in the league as Ralf Rangnick's side still have to play Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool, the latter two of which are away from home.

The 13-time Premier League winners are also still in the Champions League, facing Atletico Madrid in the second half of their last 16 tie next week.

Comparatively, Spurs are said to have the 12th hardest set of games left given they have already played Chelsea and Manchester City twice this season, hosting United and Arsenal to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over the next few months and travelling to Anfield to play Liverpool in May.
