Every year, before we officially kiss the ouch couch goodbye, Married At First Sight (MAFS) blesses us with a juicy, delectable, dramatic AF Reunion episode. And just like previous years, season 12’s is bound to be a doozy. Here’s everything we know about the MAFS 2025 Reunion.
Without a doubt, Married At First Sight is one of the biggest television events on the Aussie entertainment calendar. Every year, we’re introduced to a bunch of characters who are mismatched matched for the sake of love (and maybe clout).
And before the cast leave our television screens for good — well, except those MAFS stars who decide to pursue a career that catapults them into the spotlight — the reality TV gods hand us a reunion episode where the participants can unpack the fuckery they went through.
With MAFS 2025 coming to a close, it’s only a matter of weeks before we get our juicy reunion for this season.
So, without further ado, here’s what we know about the MAFS 2025 Reunion episode.
When will the Married At First Sight 2025 Reunion episode come out?
In a trailer, which aired after Monday night’s Final Vows, the Reunion Episode will drop on Sunday at 7.00pm.
I repeat, Reunion is dropping Sunday, April 6, at 7.00pm
The trailer also said “two big nights”, so expect to get a second helping on Monday, April 7, at 7.30pm.
Who is going to be at the Married At First Sight 2025 reunion?
Now before I get into the rumours, I just want to remind y’all that these are… rumours. So please, slurp your reality TV tea with a pinch of salt. THANK YEW!
In a mammoth tea spill to Chattr, a source has revealed that we can expect to see Jacqui Burfoot, Clint Rice, Awhina Rutene, Ryan Donnelly, Jamie Marinos, Beth Kelly, Carina Mirabile, Sierah Swepstone, Rhi Disljenkovic, Katie Johnstone, Ashleigh Ackerman, Teejay Halkias, Eliot Donovan, Dave Hand, Paul Antione, Billy Belcher, Tony Mojanovski and Adrian Araouzou.
The insider adds that four castmates were absent. This includes Lauren Hall, Morena Farina, Tim Gromie and Jake Luik.
The only person this insider didn’t mention was Veronica Cloherty, who was an intruder bride who was paired with Eliot.
What happens in the Married At First Sight 2025 reunion?
Speaking to PEDESTRIAN.TV, fan-favourite bride Jamie revealed that the Reunion is similar to the Dinner Parties in terms of “chaos”.
“It is a lot having that many people at one Dinner Party like you can I could barely hear what was going on from one side to the other, to that many people. So, I mean, you’ve seen this season. No matter if there are five of us that get together or 30 of us that get together, it’s always going to be chaos,” she dished before adding, “There’s a few people I don’t want to see, but that’s just like, that’s just life.”
Hmmm. Could it be Carina? Jacqui? Or maybe her ‘husband’, Dave? We’ll have to wait and see!
Adding to that tea, Daily Mail Australia‘s Ali Daher reported that some cast members were offered big money to return for the Reunion.
“Several participants were left fuming after learning that certain cast members were reportedly offered extra money to return for the Reunion,” he claimed.
“Some were even guaranteed ‘good edits’ in exchange for staying longer on the show.”
Unfortunately, it’s not known who was offered extra cash, but it makes me wonder if any of those who are rumoured to skipped out — like Morena or Tim — were offered that dosh!
Per Chattr, Jacqui will be at the centre of the drama as she debuts her relationship with Clint. This couple swap — which has since been confirmed by paparazzi pics obtained by Women’s Day — was previously revealed by Daily Mail Australia, who reported that Ryan was “blindsided” by his ‘wife’s’ new post-MAFS relationship.
It’s also been reported that Jacqui will be having a massive talking to her new beau, Clint, for the way he spoke to Jamie at the Couples Retreat.
To give you a quick recap, Clint was embroiled in controversy alongside Lauren — his MAFS wife — after they had a huge spat with Jamie, who called Lauren out for calling her a bogan.
During the massive argument, Clint told Jamie to shut her mouth and swore at her multiple times, which left a sour taste in everyone’s mouth.
It’s not reported how this will go down on the telly, but it really does sound like pure anarchy. If only they handed out live audience tickets for this!
