Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 is about to get messier ‘cos this year’s intruders are about to jump into the experiment. However, for some of our fresh participants, this won’t be the first time they’ve been Married… At First Sight.
While the rest of Australia is still reeling from the fucked comments of runaway groom Jake Luik and Ryan Donnelly, the MAFS gods have decided to go full-throttle mode when it comes to the drama by bringing on intruders week!
This week, three new couples will embark in a one in a one-in-a-lifetime experience of getting married at first sight (duh). However, in a ‘yuge plot twist, 2025 will see the return of a failed OG couple who are getting rematched!
So, without further ado, here are your intruders for Married At First Sight 2025.
Beth Kelly, 28
Beth Kelly claims to have never had a boyfriend. So, why not test the dating pool of Australia by joining MAFS, amirite?
Jumping right into the deep end, intruder bride Beth describes herself as a brutally honest girlie who isn’t afraid of confrontation. The 28-year-old salon manager hopes to find a partner that’ll make her laugh and someone that she can be herself around.
Veronica Cloherty, 32
Look out, Jacqueline Burfoot, another pageant bride has entered the villa!
Veronica Cloherty is a “loud, fun and full of life” personal trainer and actress hailing all the way from Sydney.
The 32-year-old model has put her trust in the MAFS expert after giving up the local dating scene and hopes to find someone who brings joy and laughter into her life.
A fun fact about Veronica is that she has previously competed in the Miss Universe Australia pageant, not once, but twice.
Lauren Hall, 37
Hey, bestie!!!! Fancy seeing you here.
In case you forgot, Lauren was one of our OG brides for 2025, but unfortunately, her journey on the show was cut short after her husband, Eliot Donovan, left the experiment during their honeymoon.
‘Why?’ you ask. Because he wasn’t happy with — as Katie Johnstone said about Tim Gromie — “with what he ordered”.
To give you a refresher, Lauren was gearing up to be one of the most controversial brides of 2025 due to her “trad-wife” beliefs.
Clint Rice, 43
Business owner Clint Rice is looking to build a life with someone empathetic, affectionate and driven.
Following the demise of a 10-year relationship, the pro golfer decided to spend his new-found free time on self-development which led to a sense of clarity when it comes to romance and what he wants in a partner.
Let’s hope that clarity comes into play during his time on MAFS.
Teejay Halkias, 28
Former Big Brother contestant — I mean, business development manager Teejay Halkias is the only single person in his family of seven siblings.
The 28-year-old Queenslander is ready to settle down and be a zaddy! His perfect match is a partner who makes him laugh yet fills him with emotional and mental stimulation at the same time.
Eliot Donovan, 35
OH NAUR.
After chucking a sook to John Aiken about how the experts were wrong about matching him with Lauren Hall, Eliot has returned for a second shot at love.
Anyways, for those who are just catching up, this “well-travelled” bloke is looking for that traditional kind of relationship where he is the provider. During at his terrible, terrible, terrible attempt at building a relationship with Lauren, Eliot also stressed that he wanted someone younger.
Honestly, I wish he didn’t come back. It’s almost like rewarding a toddler who had a tantrum over not getting what they want.
Regardless thought… I will be watching.
