Following the conclusion to this year's Love Island, the real winners have been revealed as the girls - as they will make the most money. As previous years of the ITV programme have shown, among the finalists it’s the female Islanders who land the most lucrative endorsement deals - and a host of them are already multimillionaires, reports the Mirror.
This year’s Gemma Owen and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu are already tipped to quickly become millionaires, while Indiyah Polak and Tasha Ghouri are also expected to be bombarded with lucrative offers. It would continue a trend of runners up including Molly Mae Hague and Maura Higgins - who both appeared in the 2019 series - landing high profile fashion deals.
Molly Mae, now estimated to be worth £5.8million, signed a £500k contract with fashion label Pretty Little Thing immediately after leaving the villa, but has since negotiated an even bigger pay package with them by becoming their creative director. Her 6.4million Instagram followers help land her huge sums on social media.

Maura is now worth £3million after her appearance on Dancing on Ice boosted her profile even further. Last year’s winner Millie Court signed a huge contract - reportedly over £1million - with ASOS, while runner up Chloe Burrows teamed up with JD Sports.
Among her many deals, Megan Barton Hanson - now worth £5.2million - netted £600k from Ann Summers since her 2018 appearance, and her co-star, series winner Dani Dyer, is worth £4.9million thanks to her own clothing range, podcast and TV presenting gigs. Amber Davies - a 2017 winner - is now a star of the West End stage worth £2.2million.
Gemma Owen, 19, International Dressage Rider and Luca Bish, 23, Fishmonger
What’s next? Gemma is tipped to rake in £1million with a string of endorsement deals, thanks to securing over a million Instagram followers. She will likely secure a sports brand and fashion label, as well as beauty product promotions. Luca is unlikely to return to selling fish, though his dad might appreciate him coming back to the family business.
Highs: Stayed completely loyal to one another during their stints at Casa Amor.
Lows : Luca’s accusations of Gemma flirting prompting a statement from Women’s Aid.
Schmaltzy declarations
Gemma: “Straight away I knew you had something special about you. We started our journey on separate paths but ultimately led to each other as I was drawn to you. Your eyes, your smile, your banter...”
Luca: “For once in my life I felt like I could open up... it was the little things that made me fall in love with you. After this time with you, I realised I couldn’t live without you. You are my best friend and hopefully something else very soon. I want you to know I love you and can’t wait for our future outside.”
Will they still be together this time next year?
Viewers think it’s unlikely.
Indiyah Pollack, 23, Waitress and Dami Hope, 26, Microbiologist
What’s next? Dami has mused about relocating to London, from his hometown of Dublin, and Indiyah is likely to rake in huge sums as a fashion and beauty influencer with brand endorsement deals, as well as more for her modelling. However, she is sadly unlikely to secure a lucrative record deal, following her rendition of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star on the recorder.
Highs: Making their relationship official and confessing their love.
Lows: Vowing to break each other’s hearts when they both returned from Casa Amor with new partners.
Schmaltzy declarations
Indiyah: “I instantly caught a vibe and the spark between us was too much to ignore. You’re affectionate and you always make me feel safe. You make me feel like the only girl in the world, I’m lucky you are mine. From two heartbreakers to two love birds, I’m amazed and over the moon that I’m standing here having my perfect partner, who I adore.”
Dami: “I’m so excited to do everything we spoke about. I know we agreed may the best heartbreaker win, but it’s safe to say we’re both leaving as winners. If I had to do this experience 1000 times over, I’d choose you always.”
Will they be together this time next year?
As the only couple their fellow Islanders think is well suited with one another, quite probably.
Tasha Ghouri, 23, Model and Andrew Le Page, 27, Estate Agent
What’s next? Andrew will probably relocate to the UK from Dubai, and he should be able to find them a nice deal on a place to share. Tasha will land more money as an influencer but is likely to want to continue dancing professionally, so may focus on that with her boosted profile.
Highs: Andrew sticking up for Tasha when the boys were being cruel to her.
Lows: When he licked Coco Lodge’s breast... “or whatever”.
Schmaltzy declarations
Tasha: “ I hoped to meet my love, my first love. You’re everything I asked for... Thank you for accepting me for me and loving my superpower. The fact that when I fall asleep and you take out my cochlear implant for me, that’s when I know you’re the one.”
Andrew: “I really can’t wait for the future for us – we have so much to look forward to and so many dreams to conquer. The exact moment when I fell in love with you was when you told me about your superpower. I feel like the luckiest guy in the world.”
Will they still be together this time next year?
It’s likely.
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 27, Actress and Davide Sanclimenti, 27, Businessman
What’s next? Ekin-Su is tipped to make £1million faster than all the other Islanders, with a reality TV spin-off series predicted for her and Davide. Other ITV series including I’m A Celeb... and Dancing On Ice will look to sign her, and Davide may land a cooking show. Plus she will be inundated with offers from fashion chains to launch her own clothing lines with similar deals to former contestant Molly-Mae’s worth £500,000.
Highs: Their rows. “She’s as fake as a Louis Vuitton from China.”
Lows: Ekin-Su crawling on the balcony to snog Jay behind Davide’s back.
Schmaltzy declarations
Ekin-Su: “The spark was instant. I love everything about you. You have shown me what happiness is. Davide, only you can annoy me so much yet at the same time have a passion to kiss you right back after. The Turkish delight and the Italian stallion, perfect for one another. You’re my soulmate. I want you in my present and my future.”
Davide: “When the right person crosses your path you feel it straight away and we felt that. We have a world to enjoy together and I’m so excited to see what the future holds for us.”
Will they still be together this time next year?
After lots of breakups and make-ups – and if the spin-off series goes ahead – probably.
