The Lexus LX Just Got a Huge Price Increase

Lexus has announced pricing for the 2025 LX, including the new LX700h hybrid trims. The least expensive LX now starts at $106,850, an increase of $12,935 over last year. At the other end, you'll pay $141,350 for the LX700h Ultra Luxury, the brand's range-topping flagship SUV.

Part of the increase, at least at the lower end, is due to Lexus dropping the base LX trim. The lineup now starts with the LX600 Premium. But it's still $4,985 more compared to the same trim in 2024. Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 is now standard across the lineup, bringing a plethora of features like Risk Avoidance Emergency Steer Assist, Left Turn Oncoming Vehicle Detection/Braking, and more familiar functions like lane-departure alert, road-sign assistance, and dynamic cruise control. Aside from that, everything in the LX600 lineup is the same as last year.

The hybrid LX700h is new for 2025, pairing a twin-turbocharged 3.4-liter V-6 to a single electric motor between the engine and 10-speed automatic transmission, generating 457 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque. Going hybrid is now the only way to get the Ultra Luxury trim, which is also exclusive to the new LX700h Overtrail. Wearing all-terrain tires and equipped with front/rear differential locks, it's the rugged SUV of the bunch. And with a price of $115,350, the LX700h Overtail is also the least expensive hybrid choice.

Here's a price breakdown of all 2025 Lexus LX trims and comparisons to 2024. All figures include a $1,350 destination/delivery charge.
