Average house prices across the UK increased by 10.9% over the year to February 2022, up from 10.2% in January 2022, according to the most recent figures from the Office for National Statistics.
In the three months to March, these were the least expensive properties across the Leeds district. The list includes houses in Farsley, Bramley and Beeston. One of the properties sold for just over £45,000.
