There’s a new trend sweeping the workplace…quiet quitting.

No, it’s not just leaving your office one day hoping no one will notice and never return again.

It’s a trend that’s gone viral on TikTok, where many look to redefine their boundaries by only doing

what’s required of their job and nothing more.

Putting more of a focus on what they do outside of work.

Anthony Klotz, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour from UCL, explains the concept and whether or not it’s a good thing for our workplace culture.
