Victoria
There have been another 18 COVID-19 deaths.
There are 332 cases in hospital, with 15 of those in intensive care and five requiring ventilation.
There were 2,645 new cases today.
NSW
The state has recorded 23 more COVID-19 deaths.
There are 1,756 cases in hospital, 36 of those in intensive care.
There were 4,701 new cases announced today.
Queensland
There have been 16 COVID-19 deaths recorded in Queensland and 2,033 new cases.
There are 308 people in hospital with the disease and 11 in intensive care.
Australian Capital Territory
A man in his 80s has died with COVID-19 in Canberra and the ACT has recorded another 199 infections.
There are 92 people with COVID in hospital. Two people are in the intensive care unit but neither require a ventilator.
There are currently 1,162 active cases in the ACT.
Western Australia
Western Australia has recorded 1,211 new cases, and there are total of 6,682 active cases in the state.
The latest figures show there are 217 people with COVID-19 in hospital, five of them in ICU.
There has been one death reported, dating back to 26 August.
South Australia
There have been three deaths reported in South Australia today.
There are 107 people in hospital, three of whom are in intensive care and one on a ventilator.
The state reported 616 new cases.
Tasmania
Tasmania has recorded 216 new cases of COVID-19.
There are 29 patients in hospitals being treated for the disease and two in intensive care.
No new deaths have been reported.
Northern Territory
There have been 113 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in the Northern Territory.
There are 19 people in hospital with the disease.
The Northern Territory reported no new deaths today.
