The Last of Us remake safe combinations: All safe codes for The Last of Us Part 1

The Last of Us Part 1 – that’s the remake of the PS3’s The Last of Us – is out now, and if you want every bit of help you can get from the new version of the classic game, then you’ll be in need of safe code combinations. In the old games you simply needed to find key items, which usually had safe codes scribbled on them, and then open up the safe to automatically unlock it. Now, you’ll be entering codes manually. Luckily, we have the information you need.

We have the exact combination for every safe code in The Last of Us Part 1 written down below, so just take a glance and you’ll be able to get inside and loot each of the pesky safes in the game. We even give you the combination locations, just so you can feel as accomplished as we did when playing The Last of Us’ remake.

Safe 1 – The Outskirts

Combination: 3-43-78

Once you enter the underground area, look for a shop on the left. You’ll find the safe combination in a drawer. Take that to the safe, which is inside the shop on the opposite side of the road.

Safe 2 – Bill’s Town

Combination: 5-17-21

Once you reach the main streets, look on the right side for a truck that will have a safe next to it, just sitting out in the open. You’ll be able to find the combination for this safe on the top of the barricades at the end of the street, on some paper stuck to the barbed wire.

Safe 3 – Pittsburgh Hotel

Combination: 22-10-56

This safe is easy to find, it’s inside the hotel next to the reception. The code is located just up a ladder near Ellie, and found by shimmying to the right here instead of heading upstairs immediately.

Safe 4 - Suburbs

Combination: 8-21-36

The final safe is located in a house after the sewer escape, close to the wild dogs encounter. The code is on a matchbook on the upper floor of the house. Nice and easy, especially since we made it so that you didn’t even need to find the codes yourself, right?
