And although Taylor may be bookmaker's favourite, many believe she will be up against it on Saturday night.
At the age of 36, Taylor is certainly in the twilight of her career and will be eyeing up a couple of big paydays.
The Bray fighter was reportedly worth in and around the €2m mark in 2022 with that figure believed to have skyrocketed after her May 2022 fight against Amanda Serrano in New York.
World champion Taylor was said to have earned a seven-figure fee for her blockbuster fight against Serrano and could be set to earn a similar figure when she takes to the ring this weekend.
According to Betfair, Taylor is priced at a remarkable 4/7 with her opponent a 7/5 outsider and a draw at 14/1.
