The Kapil Sharma Show: Neeru Bajwa reveals she never wanted to get married, says 'I always imagined I would be single forever since I am not the romantic kind'

As soon as the episode of The Kapil Sharma Show began, Kapil asked actress Neeru Bajwa, "You have come here for the first time," to which she replied, "You didn't invite me earlier." Kapil was in splits as he stated, 'We didn't know you'd come on our invitation.' He then reveals that he was a big fan of Neeru and asks her what makes her look so fit. Neeru shares that her secret to fitness is having lots of water and sometimes wine. While reviewing her past works, the comedian mentions how Neeru has stated in her films that love can happen at any age and with anyone. He then asked her, 'Do you believe in love after marriage?', which made the actress laugh out loud.

Kapil then shares a hilarious incident about his mother after he became popular. 'One day, I asked my mother whether you were famous now, and she answered yes, so many people kept inviting me,' he recalled. 'How much should I tell them?' This had everyone in stitches. Kapil shared an instance in which singer Mika Singh lived on the upper floor of their building and he once invited her mother. 'My mother went there, and she recited some of her composed poems to him,' he explained. So, out of respect, he gave her Rs 11,000 and asked for her blessings. Then my mother approached me and said, 'Mika gave me payment.' After hearing this, no one could stop laughing.

Everyone refers to Vijay Arora as 'daadu' to the uninitiated. Taking this, Kapil addressed a funny query to him and said, 'Did you ever consider changing your white beard to black? Who knows, maybe people will start calling you chachu.'

Satinder Sartaaj discussing his passion. He admitted that movies were never his top priority. 'I've always felt drawn to the stage. My first love and passion will always be live concerts. Films were never my first priority, but the subject of the film ('The Black Prince') compelled me to say yes. Satinder made his feature debut in 2017 as Maharaja Duleep Singh in 'The Black Prince,' for those who are unaware.

Satinder recalled his acting debut in 'The Black Prince,' saying, 'California is home to many Punjabis and Sikhs who are quite proud of their heritage. As a result, the production company came up with the concept of filming a film about Maharaja Duleep Singh's life. I believe the producers saw some parallels between the character and me, either my height or complexion, and I ended up winning my first role.'

Talking about marriage, Neeru reveals that she never wanted to get married. However, she subsequently fell in love with Harry Jawandha and married him. 'I never wanted to get married, and I always imagined I would be single forever since I am not the romantic kind; rather, I am extremely practical,' she explained. But, as they say, when the love of your life walks in, everything becomes surreal; bells begin to ring, the wind begins to blow, and you get this peculiar sense. And, to be honest, all of this happened when I saw Harry, and the first time I saw him, I knew I was going to marry him.'

While listening to Neeru's story, Archana Puran Singh revealed details of her marriage to Parmeet Sethi. 'They say weddings are made in heaven,' she replied. The way successful marriages last and couples find each other feels as though God made these connections.' 'When you meet the perfect companion, they will assist you to rise,' says Parmeet. He is my best friend and best pal. He bears all of my agonies but supports me in everything,' she added.

After a fun conversation with the audience, the episode comes to an end and Kapil thanks that cast for gracing their stage.
