Kapil Sharma compliments Archana Puran Singh and then invites Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak's music directors, Anand-Milind. As the film's music is being recreated, the film's music directors and singers, Alka Yagnik, Udit Narayan also graced the show's set. Anand-Milind set the stage on fire with a medley of their songs from the 90s. Archana Puran Singh reveals Anand-Milind were the music directors of her debut film.
Kapil tells Udit Narayan that if he hides son Aditya, he can still get married. Alka asks Kapil to not encourage Udit ji more, else he won't stop. Udit Narayan says that Alka is feeling jealous. Archana jokes that Udit has been approached by advertisers to promote a potion to stay young forever. Alka then says that Udit ji has now become a grandfather. Kapil, who was unaware, congratulated Udit and said that he never saw such a grandfather with such a thick black moustache. Udit says that his family insisted he trim his moustache and go on shows.
Udit Narayan thanked Anand-Milind's father - the Indian music composer Chitragupt for taking him under his shadow. Alka also called herself lucky to have been able to work with Chitragupt ji in the early days of her career. She shared how Anand-Milind worked as their father's assistants and were always very quiet. Later, Alka realised that they wanted to be composers and she, Udit were also just beginning, and they became a team for Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Udit Narayan said that back then too Alka had a stronger personality as her father was an officer, mom was very strong and they already had a flat in Juhu whereas I was still struggling. Udit further shared that he was asked to go and visit Alka's house but he was hesitant as he hadn't sung a single song and why would she entertain him. Instead, Udit was told that the matches are made in heaven and their musical match will stick together till 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak' (Infinity and Beyond).
Anand revealed that his father was always fond of Udit's singing skills but asked him to save a piece of advice that he was about to give him, which was, 'You will only open your mouth for singing and nothing else.' Everyone bursted out in laughter. Kapil said that during Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Anand-Milind would wait for Udit Narayan, during another big movie, its producer would wait for him. He further asked, "You always left home on time then why wouldn't you reach the recording studio on time?"
Udit narrated the tale and said that while he had 8 - 10 live performances lined up in the US, his family got a call from Yash Chopra to sing for 'Dil Toh Pagal Hai.' However, they had Shah Rukh Khan's dates and couldn't wait for anyone else. Udit kept calling him up from the US to request to spare some dates for him. Pamela (wife of Yash Chopra) was impressed by Udit's dedication and urged Yash Chopra to wait but he refused. They called some other singers to record the title track but did not like it. They got the rest of the songs recorded by Lata Mangeshkar ji while I performed in the US with worry about losing out on a Yash Chopra film. Yash Chopra had become fond of Udit's voice and got everything else shot and recorded except for Udit's song. After the US show, Udit straight away landed from the airport to the recording studio and sang the title track of the movie, which turned out to be a blockbuster song.
Anand then revealed that Udit Narayan would take 1 - 1.5 hours just for shower and would always blame the traffic for reaching late. Alka also revealed that Udit was waiting at a particular recording studio to record his song while he kept getting calls from another studio and he lied to them saying that they were just outside their gate. Udit dodged the instance and said this proves that he's always on Alka's mind. He said that he didn't want to upset any music directors and refuse any work because after all the struggle, he wanted to work as much as he could. Later, he also added that Alka would always demand to sing first irrespective of anything and that would add to his delay. However, Alka said that it was him, who said that he will sing only after Alka ji's done.
Anand also shared that the views have come in now but earlier 1 crore cassettes of Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak's music were sold. Anand-Milind shared that they would write songs in their 'red van.' Anand revealed that the music of the film was recorded under immense pressure. Archana tells Alka to shut Kapil by her words. Kapil said that Archana is trying to provoke her and did similarly with Navjot Singh Sidhu. She told him that he doesn't look well seated on the show, and he should visit Amritsar and come.
Kiku Sharda enters as the lawyer and talks about Tansen's music. Rochello Lobo enters and Kiku's character starts flirting with her. They begin with the 'Post Ka Postmortem' segment. Udit says that he has quite a few loans on his head and he is going to take all that money from Alka ji. Kapil shows a photo of Alka and Kumar Sanu from a flight. Alka jokes, 'Udit ji ki dukhti nass par haath laga di tumne.' A comment on that post read, "Ma'am, Udit ji nazar nahi aa rahe." Udit Narayan replied, "Yeh main bolna nahi chahta tha. Jab vo rehta hai toh mera patta ekdum se kat jaata hai" (When Kumar Sanu is around Alka, I am never in the picture for her). Alka laughed and replied, "Yeh inki bahut hi dukhti rag hai."
Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik sing 'Taal Se Taal Mila' and receive applauses. Archana gives a flying kiss to Udit and the latter jokes that she gave him a kiss and on the other hand, Alka tries to stay away from him. Udit said that he sang the song, 'Tip Tip Barsa Paani' with Alka but had Raveena Tandon in mind. To which, Alka called him "bewafaa" (disloyal). Kapil then told Alka ji that when Udit ji teases her, she has a problem and when he doesn't, she still has a problem. Kapil further asks Alka that she would speak to her to-be-husband over call the whole night to understand if he can listen to her. Interrupting in between, Udit Narayan said that he wasn't there back then.
Krushna Abhishek enters as Sapna. She welcomes everyone and even takes Kumar Sanu's name. Kapil says that he isn't here. She says that Alka Yagnik has come, so even he'll come from some corner. Sapna continues to tease everyone. She compliments Alka ji for her evergreen youth. Sapna jokes that she saw Udit dancing at Aditya's wedding and the DJ played three of Kumar Sanu's songs which left Udit angry.
The episode ends and Kapil requests everyone to avoid large gatherings, wear masks and stay safe.
