A popular DJ was blown away by Jota's commitment to Celtic when he visited the Portuguese star's house.
"Tell Me Something Good" star Ewan McVicar, who is a professed Scottish football and St Mirren fan, revealed that a trip to Jota's house sparked the most incredible of interactions. The 23-year-old has been a key part of Ange Postecoglou's side since finally penning a long-term permanent move in the summer after Celtic fans had become enamoured by the winger.
And Postecoglou's 'We Never Stop' mantra seems to have filtered down to Jota, as McVicar revealed that the star's living space is littered with tactics he can use on the pitch for Celtic, but also that the youngster has a penchant for dance music and wants to learn how to DJ.
McVicar told YouTube show Reilly's Gaff : "We've both got the same accountant, right?
"And the accountant goes 'Jota has asked me to ask you if you can teach him how to DJ, or what he needs?' Because he's just in his house, I was like 'sound.' I went round to his house - unbelievable.
"I goes in and he's got a big massive whiteboard, there's no white on the whiteboard, just tactics everywhere. He's so organised. He's the loveliest guy ever.
"I sat down and he's got a wee notepad. I've never seen anyone who wants to learn music go this far into it, that's obviously what he's like when he's passionate about something. He likes tunes. He likes dance music and he's like 'what do I need to get started?'
"He's went and bought the full set-up. He's got a full set of decks."
