It’s the team we all hoped would be the star of the 2023 edition of HBO’s Hard Knocks, which follows one team and its players through training camp: The New York Jets.
That’s right, we’re about to get the spotlight on the team with plenty to prove and — hopefully — some drama. Because Hard Knocks needs that. There’s Aaron Rodgers coming to the team after his exit from the Green Bay Packers. There’s his teammate Allen Lazard joining him. There’s Quinnen Williams, a star who’s also a joy on the mic. And, oh yeah, there’s … well, decades of Jets drama and history of failure and the pressure and the fact that the last time the Jets were on the series, it was amazing.
But everyone had Rodgers jokes:

Hope Hard Knocks dedicates an entire episode to Aaron Rodgers trying to get his teammates to do ayahuasca with him https://t.co/DsHioluWOi

Poor Aaron Rodgers he hates media attention, he only went to the number 1 media market in the country trying to have a humble season https://t.co/eQY9FZCOXf
